Magnatex® the Product
Magnatex® is a lightweight no slump screed that forms an underlay for a variety of finished surfaces such as tile, carpet, vinyl and timber.
We developed and patented Magnatex® following industry demand for a true lightweight and non-corrosive floor levelling compound.
Recommended Uses
- Level deflected timber floors
- Level badly deflected concrete floors
- Ramping between different levels
- Produce a flat, level or ramped surface
- Overcome height differences between final finishes when using top of slab construction
- Achieve flush final finishes e.g. stone /carpet
- Level floors where engineering loads are restrictive
