Magnatex® - Lightweight and Versatile

Unique to our operation is the supply and installation of Magnatex® floor levelling product - where adding weight to a floor/slab is of concern to engineers and the floor needs to be levelled, Magnatex® is the product of choice. It is a lightweight no slump screed that forms an underlay for a variety of finished surfaces. Magnatex® provides a number of additional benefits, unrelated to its floor levelling properties and include:

• The provision of warmth and comfort to cold concrete surfaces
• The reduction of sound transmission within rooms or between floors including multi storey locations
• An ignitability index of zero
• Environmentally friendly due to its recycled component of graded timber particles (a by product of saw mills) that would otherwise go to waste
• Corrosion inhibitors incorporated

Cementitious products are a rapid-set self levelling underlay formulated to achieve a smooth flat surface to meet the fine tolerances required for sheet vinyl, floating timber and large tiles. We employ a range of cementitious products including BASF, Bostik, Parchem, and Sika.

Cementitious finishes are not unique to Magnatex industries, but at times (in conjunction with our Magnatex product) form an integral part of the floor levelling and repair solutions we provide.
